2025 Comprehensive plan update

Welcome to the City of Salisbury’s page providing information and updates regarding the update of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.

Planning Commission work sessions are scheduled as follows both meetings begin at 4pm in Room 301 of the Government Office Building at 125 N Division St:

• Regular Meeting – March 12, 2026 – Discussion of two requests for addition to the City’s growth area
• Special Meeting – March 31, 2026 – Review all comments received on the plan
