Youth Development Advisory Committee

The Youth Development Advisory Committee (YDAC) advises the Mayor and the City Council by developing policy and program recommendations to ensure that all youth within the City of Salisbury receive the support that they need to thrive in every aspect of life. This includes, but is not limited to, their social, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. The YDAC will collaboratively develop annual goals and strategies that work to address chronic issues related to youth development within our community and promote sustainable solutions that will help each young person achieve their fullest potential.
