    Utility Technician

    City of Salisbury Overview: Situated between the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean is the capital of the Eastern Shore, Salisbury, Maryland.     Position Profile: A Utility Tech assists in installing, repairing and maintaining all aspects of the City’s water main system, the storm drain system, and the sanitary sewer. Additionally a Utility tech transports and dumps loose materials such as sand, gravel, crushed rock or paving materials. Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Current driver’s license, Class “B” CDL preferred. Plumbing & Pipe laying experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs; Ability to work over-time. Drug testing is required for this position. We will provide CDL Training and On the Job Training for the right candidates.
