Salisbury City Council recently approved a Park Tree/Item Donation policy in order to give citizens who would like to donate memorial trees/items an easy way to do so. Before filling out the form below, be sure to read the approved Park Amenity Donation and Tree Planting Donation Policy
Once we have received and reviewed your application, a member of our Field Operations department will reach out to you with an agreement that states the donated item, location, cost and inscription text. Once the agreement is signed and upon the receipt of payment, the City has up to six months to install the fixture or tree, dependent on availability. Once the fixture or tree is installed, the City will contact the donor to confirm installation.
