Salisbury– In partnership with M4Reactor, and with CDBG-CV funding provided by HUD, the City of Salisbury is excited to announce the opening of a second round of funding for PPE acrylic barriers for the local business community.
As part of the City’s NEXT STEP Plan for COVID Relief and Recovery, Mayor Jacob Day previously announced grant funding for acrylic barriers to help small businesses. The acrylic barriers are made locally by M4Reactor, Delmarva’s only makerspace. The application period will be live for a period of four weeks, starting today, August 3rd and will close August 31, 2020, at 11:59 PM, or when all funds have been expended.
Salisbury businesses are eligible to apply for up to $2,000 worth of acrylic barriers and/or distancing stickers that can be adhered to the floor. Applications will be received and vetted during the application period and granted on a first come, first serve basis.
