Are you student looking to get hands on and implement change in Salisbury? Here is your opportunity to get involved and be a part of the solution. Salisbury Wicomico Youth Civics Council monthly meetings help young people get involved in their community planning, organizing and implementing positive programs and activities for their peers. Have fun and make new friends with this rewarding experience. The Salisbury Wicomico Youth Civics Council’s mission is to mobilize and empower the youth of our community by providing meaningful opportunities to engage in civic leadership and service. The SWYCC aims to give the youth of Wicomico County a voice in community and governmental affairs and the ability to affect change in the Salisbury area.
Who can join: Middle and High School students 8th-12th Grade in Wicomico County

Where: Monthly meetings are in person with occasional weekend community events held at the Newton Community Center 306 Newton Street Salisbury, MD
