The Thrive Committee, along with the support of Human Resources is introducing a new Wellness Initiative. The Wellness Initiative program will replace the current incentive of receiving one day of Recognition Time for not using your sick time during the fiscal year.
We want our employees to take care of themselves physically and mentally. Your health insurance should be used for preventative care and when experiencing illness.
One day of Recognition Time will be given to each employee that completes the following during each policy year (September 1-August 31): annual physical with lab work, annual vision check, and two dental cleanings.
You do not have to have City of Salisbury insurance to participate.
