    MPIA Request: Infrastructure & Development

    Use this form to request documents or information having to do with building, building permitting, zoning, construction, etc.

    NOTE: The City of Salisbury's Department of Infrastructure and Development provides a host of different services at various prices. Some of the options available for you to select on this webform may have charges associated with them if they fall outside of the scope of the MPIA. If you are unsure whether your request will have a charge associated with it, call 410-548-3170 for more information.

    If the requested documents are available, the City of Salisbury will make every effort to produce them as soon as possible within the thirty (30) days allowed by the Maryland Public Information Act.  If we anticipate that your request may be denied for any reason, you will be notified within ten (10) days of receipt of your request.

    If your request requires more than two (2) hours for City employees to research and compile, you may be charged for the employee’s time after the first two hours. You will be notified of the estimated cost and, if the scope of work is extensive, a good faith deposit may be required, as allowed by the MPIA.
