Treat Street is a FREE safe trick-or-treating event for children through age 11 on the Downtown Plaza from 6:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. Registration is located at the corner of West Main and North Division Streets. Rain location is at the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce Business Center, 144 E. Main Street.
