    The City of Communication Department team offers promotional support for events that enhance the community and align with the City’s communication priorities. Submission Guidelines: All promotion requests must be submitted at least four weeks in advance to allow for proper scheduling. Promotional support is subject to availability and alignment with the City’s communication objectives. High-quality images or graphics are encouraged to enhance promotional materials. To request promotional assistance, please provide the following details:
