    Employee of the Month Nomination

    Eligibility All nominees must be a City of Salisbury full-time employee.  Employees are ineligible if they are on disciplinary probation, are serving as an Employee of the Month judge, are a Department Head, or have been recognized as the Employee of the Month (EOTM) in the current calendar year.

    Nominations are due by the last day of each month (i.e. September 30th to be considered as the September ETOM.)

    • SECTION 2: Selection Criteria

    • Please describe why the employee should be selected as Employee of the Month in each of the follow sections. Provide specifics details and/or examples of what the nominee did during the month that would make them the ideal candidate.
    • Works well as part of a team through respectful and collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers, affiliates and stakeholder groups.
    • Improves, designs, refines, finds and invents criteria to and combine in order to resolve problems. This combines creative and critical thinking.
