Eligibility All nominees must be a City of Salisbury full-time employee and worked for the City of Salisbury for at least 6 months. Employees are ineligible if they are on probation or have been recognized as the Employee of the Month (EOTM) previously that year.
To nominate an employee please complete the nomination form by or manually complete a nomination form and return it to Jessica Turner at [email protected] or drop the completed form off at the Mayor’s Office.
Nomination are due by the last day of each month (i.e. September 30th to be considered as the September ETOM.)
