    The Salisbury Planning Commission guides land use, development, and zoning decisions within city limits to promote responsible growth and protect the health, safety, and welfare of our community. Applications are being received for seven seats on the newly formed Commission, each of which will be a five-year term.  At least three members of the Planning Commission shall reside in Salisbury city limits, and the remaining four members shall reside in the greater Salisbury area (21801 or 21804 zip codes).
