    City of Salisbury Planning Commission

    The Planning Commission holds regular meetings on the second Thursday of each month at 4pm in Room 301 (Council Chambers) of the Government Office Building at 125 N. Division St, Salisbury.


    The Salisbury Planning Commission guides land use, development, and zoning decisions within city limits to promote responsible growth and protect the health, safety, and welfare of our community.

    There are seven members that serve five-year terms.  At least three members of the Planning Commission shall reside in Salisbury city limits, and the remaining four members shall reside in the greater Salisbury area (21801 or 21804 zip codes).
