LTE's are required when utilities will be installed in the City of Salisbury Right-of-Way and Easements within the City of Salisbury Coporate Limits. All first time applicants and retuning applicants that have expired agreements must fill out the LTE Agreement and return the physical copy to the Department of Infrastructure and Development.
