The Department of Information Services: Connectivity division facilitates Internet services to the public, currently offered for free to visitors of the Salisbury Zoo and the Downtown Plaza. The service is taken advantage of by an average of 90 daily users, resulting in over 70 gigabytes per week of data transmitted. The system uses an interconnected mesh wireless array to seamlessly transition the user from one access point to another as they tour the various exhibits and visit the various shops and buildings in the Zoological Park and Downtown Plaza.

There are plans for expansion in the future to provide other services to the citizens of Salisbury.
