    Foreclosed Property Registration Form

    Within 5 (five) calendar days after a person authorized to sell a residential property has filed an order to docket or complaint to foreclose a mortgage or deed of trust on residential property located in the City of Salisbury, the person authorized to sell shall provide notice of filing to the Director of Housing and Community Development Department.

    The fee for registering a property as foreclosed is $200.

    Because a fee is due upon completion of this form, you cannot submit it online. You can come to our office at 207 W. Main St. Suite 102, Salisbury, MD. 21801, to submit the form. However, we do not accept payment, so once you have submitted the form, you can go to the finance office at the government office building to submit payment. The finance office is located at 125 N. Division St., Salisbury, MD. 21801.
