Contact your local Department of Social Services (DSS) and ask about their Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) funds and Emergency & Transitional Housing & Services (ETHS) funds.
You may be eligible for assistance with your security deposit or first month’s rent.
I have been approved by a landlord for housing, but I owe money to a utility company and can’t get my utilities turned on. I can’t pay it off on my own, can an agency assist me?
