City Parks Overview and Rules
Overview. The parks are for the use of all the citizens of Salisbury. The Department of Field Operations serves as a clearinghouse to channel people from areas which they know will be in use at a given time into other areas of the parks. No area of the parks can be set aside for the exclusive use of any group inasmuch as it is public property. Everyone is expected to respect the rights of other individuals, families, etc. in the area.
