    A numbering system adopted in 2015 going forward, carves Charter Amendment Resolutions out of the overall City Resolutions List where they had previously been listed; these resolutions are now listed below in order, with the most recent at the top of the list.

    Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2023-3- to amend § SC6-13(h) of the City Charter to change the reference to the “Board of Supervisors of Elections” in the Charter to the “City of Salisbury Election Board” and to remove the random sampling requirement of verifying signatures on a recall petition

    Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2023-2- to amend § SC6-11 of the City Charter to conform with state elections laws

    Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2023-1- to amend § SC2-2 and § SC20-2 of the City Charter to change all references to the “Board of Supervisors of Elections” in the Charter to the “City of Salisbury Election Board”

    Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2020-5 – to amend the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Maryland by amending the requirement for Competitive Bidding for lease terms beyond 3 years in the EXCEPTIONS TO COMPETITIVE BIDDING in Article XVI § SC16-3 A(6)

    Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2020-4 – to amend the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Maryland by removing a Deputy City Administrator and specifying the Chain of Command in Article IV § SC4-1

    Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2017-6 – deleting the reference to the Department of Public Works and replacing it with the Department of Infrastructure and Development in Article XI: § SC11-5 and § SC11-9

    Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2017-5 – deleting the reference to the Department of Public Works and replacing it with the Department of Field Operations and the Department of Infrastructure and Development,  by renaming the Bureaus  in § SC10-1B., by changing the responsibilities in § SC10-2, and by adding § SC10-3 and § SC10-4
