City Charter Amendment Resolutions

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2026-1 – to amend § SC7-25 of the City Charter to change the signatures and authorizations requirements for disbursements 

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2025-3 – to amend § SC5-1 of the City Charter to reference state law regarding enforcement of misdemeanors and municipal infractions, thus allowing for increased penalties for such violations
