    Report an Infrastructure Issue or Concern

    If your concern involves a non-functioning streetlamp, please determine whether or not the pole is owned by the City of Salisbury. (See examples below.) If it is *not a City-owned pole, it may belong to one of two entities: Delmarva Power or Verizon. In such case, the complaint will need to be directed to the company which owns the pole.
