    COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC COMMENTS

     

     

    Effective January 1, 2025 those wishing to speak at a council meeting during Public Comments will be required to submit a form prior to the start of the meeting.  Online forms must be submitted no later than 12:00pm and hard copies of the form must be submitted no later than 6:00pm on the day of the meeting at which you would like to speak.

     

    ***LATE OR INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED, RESULTING IN THE LOSS OF YOUR PRIVILEGE TO SPEAK DURING PUBLIC COMMENT.

     

    Speakers must:

    • speak no more than 2 minutes during a meeting (further comment may be emailed to [email protected])
    • respect each other, members of council and administration, and staff members
    • refrain from singling out specific individuals when speaking
    • submit one form per meeting at which they wish to speak
