    Capital Improvement Projects

Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) are investments in the City’s infrastructure, facilities and public spaces. These projects help maintain and improve essential services while addressing the community’s current and future needs.

From roadway improvements and utility upgrades to park enhancements and facility improvements, capital projects help keep Salisbury safe, accessible and prepared for growth.

Project priorities are developed based on community needs, infrastructure conditions, available funding and long-term planning goals. View current and upcoming projects to learn more about improvements happening throughout the City.
