Thrive SBY’s “Buddy” Program is designed to provide new City employees with a point of contact for the general information relating to day-to-day operational issues. It also helps new employees integrate into our organization by providing access to someone familiar with our culture, attitude, and expectations.
If you desire to see new employees succeed, have a positive attitude, are willing to be friendly and patient, want to develop your leadership skills, and can make a 60 day commitment to help a new employee, the Buddy Program is a great fit for you!
