WIN (Water Incentive Program)

WIN is a Water Incentive Program offered by the City of Salisbury. Eligible households may receive one payment per year in an amount up to $2,000 in assistance (assuming the property has no leaks) and up to $1,000 one-time annual assistance (assuming the property has a leak) towards their water and/or sewer bill. The payment shall not exceed the total charges for two quarterly billing payments.
