Can I move my car to a different spot after two hours to avoid a ticket?
Parking is limited to two hours between 9 AM and 4 PM within the area bordered by Ocean Gateway (38.366733, -75.600130), Carroll St (38.363068, -75.599432), BUS 13 (38.365840, -75.595330), and Mill St (38.365358, -75.603574). Time is tracked by e-chalking and applies to the street where you first park.
What if I plan to be downtown for more than two hours?
Purchase a Day Pass for the garage or park 2 hours on-street then move your vehicle to the garage or Lot 10 after the 2 hours.
How many vehicles can I register with my permit?
3, only 1 concurrent vehicle allowed at a time
How long do I have to pay after I park?
After parking, you have a 15-minute grace period to pay via QR code, text, or pay station. If you receive a citation within this timeframe and can prove payment, you may dispute the ticket.
