Tired of feeding coins into a parking meter, or you don’t have any change? The solution is a City of Salisbury Parking Meter Debit Card (“Smart Card”). Most parking meters in the City of Salisbury are equipped with Smart Card technology. Just park, insert your Smart Card into the card slot on the meter, and the meter does the rest. To obtain a Smart Card, contact the City of Salisbury Parking Department at 410- 548-3195 to schedule an appointment to obtain a Smart Card. There is no fee to purchase the card, and minutes can be applied to your Smart Card with cash, check, Visa, Master Card or Discover. Cards are reloadable and are perfect to give as a gift or to use for your business clients that need to park at a meter.
