Barrier Rental

Please fill out the following form to request the rental of fence pieces from the City of Salisbury for the purpose of expanding your outdoor dining in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. Barrier fencing is available on a first come/first served basis and must be picked up from the City of Salisbury Field Ops compound at 500 Mack Avenue.

Once the State of Maryland allows full dine-in capacity, you must return barrier fencing within 30 days in the same condition that is was borrowed in. If equipment is not returned or is severely damaged, the City of Salisbury will charge you the cost of replacing them.

Once this form is submitted, someone will contact you to confirm your rental. Please do not pick up equipment until you have a confirmation from the City of Salisbury, we will contact you with details.

By clicking, I agree, I hereby release the City from any liability for any claim that arises from the rental of barrier/fencing. The I also hereby agree to return all pieces of equipment to the City of Salisbury Field Operations compound at 500 Mack Avenue within 30 days from when the State of Maryland allows full dine-in capacity. All equipment should be returned in the condition that it was rented out in. If equipment is not returned within 30 days or is severely damaged, I agree to pay the price to replace it, as determined by the City of Salisbury.
