HOW YOU PLAY

1. Order delivery/to-go, buy giftcards/merch, or donate at ANY 4 participating businesses and SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS. They don’t have to be in a row, just pick any 4 you want!
2. You will receive one (1) entry for every four (4) locations you patronize.
3. If you use a delivery service, you can screenshot your email or your in-app receipt and submit that

HOW YOU WIN

1. Submit your entries via our online submission form no later than 11:59pm EST on May 31, 2020.
2. We’ll announce the winners on MJune 1, 2020 via our Facebook.
3. We’ll confirm your receipts and if everything is in order, we’ll arrange to get you your prizes! Winner will receive a $50 gift card to a Salisbury restaurant of their choice and a Downtown Salisbury swag basket!

GENERAL:  Participation and entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes participants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, including, without limitation, participant’s consent to receive email messages from Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices (including the use of automated entry programs), may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, participants release the Sweepstakes Entities from all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prizes, including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, and you agree that the Sweepstakes Entities have not made, and are in no matter responsible for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Sweepstakes and/or any Prize or the use thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing release, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and will not be liable for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Sweepstakes; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, traffic congestion on the internet or the Website, or the failure of any email or mail to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason; (c) theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries or the Website; (d) any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems; or (e) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer hardware and/or software related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, Sweepstakes participant agrees that, by entering the sweepstakes, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of in connection with the Sweepstakes or Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; any claims judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorney’s fees and under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain any award for and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out of pocket expenses. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction). Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes without liability and without prior notice if any factor interferes with its operation as contemplated by these Official Rules, including but not limited to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event that this Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority (including but not limited to any federal or state governmental authority), Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, as applicable, or to disqualify any participants residing in any affected geographic areas, as applicable. In such event, Sponsor shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Should any provision of these Official Rules be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
