Substance Treatment & Abuse Reduction Task Force (not active)
The START Task Force was formed to establish a diverse team of focused, well-resourced individuals to help identify tools and initiatives both available and necessary for the City of Salisbury to combat opioid use and addiction.
From May 2016 to May 2017, the START Task Force met on the first Wednesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. in order to develop a list of recommendations for the Mayor on how to address opioid addiction. The Task Force’s recommendations are available for download below, along with a list of resources available around the City.
