Building Board of Adjustments & Appeals

The Building Board of Adjustments & Appeals hears appeals of building code enforcement, regulation, and interpretation of the code’s provisions.

Members must be City of Salisbury residents and one of the following: builder or superintendent of building construction, a registered architect, a registered engineer, a mechanical or plumbing contractor, a fire protection engineer or contractor.
