Today, Friday, Nov. 28, the City of Salisbury’s Department of Waterworks Utilities Division is conducting emergency repairs to a water main in the 800 block of East Church Street. This emergency work is being executed with long-term solutions in mind as part of the City’s ongoing efforts to improve, repair and maintain our water distribution system.
East Church Street is closed to all through traffic between Truitt Street and Marshall Street. The repair work is expected to conclude by 5 p.m., barring any unforeseen circumstances.
All utility locators and Central Alarm have been notified of the planned work.
