The City of Salisbury Finance Department / HCDD has completed the (draft) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2019 program year of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The 2019 CAPER is currently available for public review on the City website (www.salisbury.md) under the Housing & Community Development Department – Community Development section. The City will be accepting written comments on the 2019 CAPER through 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
