Temporary Road Closure for Water Repair: Armstrong Parkway

    November 18, 2025

As part of the City of Salisbury’s ongoing efforts to maintain and improve its water distribution system, the Department of Waterworks Utilities Division will repair a water main valve box in the 2200 block of Armstrong Parkway, today, Tuesday, Nov. 18.

Armstrong Parkway will be closed to all thru traffic during the repair. Local businesses will maintain access to their parking lots throughout the project. All utility locators and Central Alarm have been notified of the planned work.

Work is expected to conclude by 3 p.m., barring any unforeseen circumstances.

The City appreciates the public’s patience and understanding as we work to improve infrastructure.
