Traffic Advisory: Part of Snow Hill Road to Close for 24 Hours

    October 24, 2025

The City of Salisbury, in coordination with the Maryland State Highway Administration, will close a section of Snow Hill Road (Route 12) between Robins Avenue and Toadvine Road this weekend for 24 hours beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, through 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25.

The closure is required for construction of a new traffic circle adjacent to The Village at Snowfield, a new housing development currently under construction.

A detour will be in place for the duration of the closure and will be clearly marked with traffic control signage. Drivers are encouraged to allow extra travel time and to follow all posted detour directions.

The City of Salisbury appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation during this period of roadway improvement.
