SALISBURY, Maryland — On Friday, October 18, as part of the City of Salisbury’s efforts to improve, repair, and maintain the water distribution system, the Department of Waterworks Utilities Division will be repairing a water main in the 1100 block of Middleneck Drive. Middleneck Drive will be impassable from Hammond Street to Spring Garden Avenue, including all-through traffic and emergency vehicles. Work began at 2:00 p.m. and is expected to conclude around 8:00 p.m., barring any unforeseen events. No street parking is allowed between Hammond Street and Spring Garden Avenue during these times.
