    City of Salisbury to Replace Water Main Valve Along Route 13

    October 7, 2022

    Salisbury–On Tuesday, October 11th, as part of the City of Salisbury’s efforts to improve, repair, and maintain the Water Distribution System, The Department of Waterworks Utilities Division, along with a utility contractor, will be replacing a water main valve at the corner of Route 13 and E. William Street. Route 13 Northbound will be a single lane in this area, and E. William Street will be closed from Church Street to Route 13. There will also be an interruption to water service in the area. Those who will be affected by this interruption have been notified. Work shall begin at 7:00 a.m. and conclude around 4:30 p.m., barring any unforeseen events.
