SALISBURY, Md. — Downtown Salisbury will welcome the fall season with a lineup of events throughout October featuring live music, cultural performances, local vendors and Halloween activities.
3rd Friday: Boo Bash | Friday, Oct. 16 | 5-8 p.m. | Downtown Salisbury
3rd Friday will kick off spooky season with Boo Bash, a Halloween-inspired evening featuring local vendors, handmade goods, art, treats and other unique finds. Families can enjoy activities throughout the evening, with live music from Brittany and Tyler in Unity Square and Sympaticocious performing on the Plaza. Costumes are encouraged for kids and adults alike.
Blending Cultures: Unity Dance | Saturday, Oct. 24 | 2-5 p.m. | Unity Square
Blending Cultures Society Corp. In partnership with Downtown Salisbury will host the third annual Global Fusion Dance Night. The free, all-ages event will feature music and dance traditions from around the world, including Mexican folk dance, Puerto Rican salsa, Indian Bollywood dance, Nepali folk dance and Nigerian Afrobeat.
Rock and Fright | Saturday, Oct. 24 | 4-10 p.m. | Downtown Salisbury
The Downtown Business Association will host Rock and Fright, an evening featuring five live bands, a vendor night market, a performance from Creative Movement, trunk-or-treating, food and drinks, and a kids movie.
Treat Street | Sunday, Oct. 25 | 3-6 p.m. | Main Street Plaza
The Salisbury Maryland Jaycees brings back Treat Street to Downtown Salisbury for an afternoon of family-friendly Halloween fun. The event is open to children ages 12 and under, who must be accompanied by an adult. Additional event details will be announced by the organizers.
