The City of Salisbury Finance Department / HCDD has completed the draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2020 program year of the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The PY 2020 CAPER is currently available for public review on the City website (www.salisbury.md) under the Housing & Community Development Department – Community Development section. The City will be accepting written comments on the 2020 CAPER through 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021.
