Public Notice – August 9, 2021-Closed Session

On Monday, August 9, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., the Salisbury City Council will convene in the regularly scheduled Council Meeting. At approximately 5:45 p.m. Council will entertain a vote to convene in a Closed Session to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice on a legal matter in accordance with the Annotated Code of Maryland §3-305(b)(7).

The public can observe the motion, discussion and vote to convene in Closed Session. As always, the public is invited to attend the Council Meeting.

At approximately 5:45 p.m. prior to the Legislative Session, Council will entertain a vote to convene in a Closed Session to receive an update on litigation from counsel in accordance with the Annotated Code of Maryland §3-305(b)(7).  The public can observe the motion, discussion and vote to convene in Closed Session.
