Temporary Sidewalk Closures Extended for ADA Accessibility Upgrades

    July 22, 2025

SALISBURY, Maryland — Due to unforeseen circumstances, sidewalk construction work at the intersection of Milford Street and South Division Street will continue through Friday, July 25, 2025. Crews will be onsite daily between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

This project enhances ADA compliance and improves pedestrian accessibility throughout the city. Temporary sidewalk closures and traffic control patterns will remain in place for the safety of motorists and pedestrians. Please use caution, follow posted signs, and allow extra travel time in the area.

These upgrades are part of the City of Salisbury’s ongoing efforts to create a more inclusive and accessible community for all residents and visitors.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. For updates, visit salisbury.md/news.
