SALISBURY, Maryland — Due to the unforeseen storm event over the last two days, progress on the storm drain maintenance along E. Naylor Mill Road, adjacent to Hertrich, has been temporarily halted. Work is now scheduled to resume on Monday, July 7, at 7:00 a.m.
The maintenance work, originally scheduled from Monday, June 30, through Thursday, July 3, will continue next week on Monday, July 7 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m..
Traffic control will remain in place. While a lane closure will occur, there will be no full road closure during this work. Access to nearby businesses will remain fully open, and minimal disruption to traffic flow is expected.
This essential infrastructure maintenance is part of the City’s continued efforts to improve stormwater management and roadway resilience.
Motorists are encouraged to use caution when traveling through the work zone and to follow posted signage and instructions from traffic control personnel.
We appreciate the public’s patience as we complete this important project safely and efficiently.
