Salisbury, Md. — As part of the City of Salisbury’s ongoing efforts to improve, repair, and maintain its water distribution system, the Department of Waterworks Utilities Division will conduct repairs to a 12-inch water main located in the 800 block of Riverside Road on Monday, June 15.
To facilitate the work, Riverside Road will be closed to through traffic between Riverside Drive and Monticello Avenue. The roadway will be non-passable to all through traffic during the repair operations.
Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. and is expected to conclude by approximately 3:30 p.m., barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Utility locators and Central Alarm will be notified in advance of the work. Residents and motorists are encouraged to plan accordingly and use alternate routes during the closure.
