SALISBURY, Md. – The City of Salisbury announces a temporary road closure on West Road between Queen Avenue and Chippewa Drive to allow for scheduled sewer maintenance and repair work.
The closure will be in effect daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning Monday, June 22, through Thursday, June 25. During this time, West Road will be closed to through traffic in the affected section.
Detour signage will be in place and clearly marked to guide motorists safely around the work zone. Drivers are encouraged to plan alternate routes, allow for additional travel time, and exercise caution when traveling in the area.
The City of Salisbury appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation as we complete this important infrastructure maintenance project to improve sewer system reliability and service.
