SALISBURY, Maryland – The City of Salisbury would like to inform residents and stakeholders that the anticipated Carroll Street redesign project, originally scheduled to begin in the spring, has been rescheduled to late summer.
This adjustment is due to unforeseen delays on the contractor’s end, which are beyond the City’s control. The revised timeline allows for improved coordination and ensures that the project is carried out with the quality and attention it deserves.
“This project is very important and deserves all the attention to detail to make sure we get it right,” said Mayor Randy Taylor. “We are committed to delivering a result that benefits the entire community for years to come.”
As we prepare for these improvements, we encourage everyone to continue visiting Downtown Salisbury throughout the summer. Enjoy our lineup of exciting events, community activities, and all the vibrant experiences our City has to offer.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to enhance our City’s infrastructure. Please stay tuned to the City of Salisbury’s official website and social media channels for updates and announcements regarding the Carroll Street project.
