City of Salisbury Parking Authority Announces Return of Parking Enforcement

    May 14, 2025

SALISBURY, Md. – The City of Salisbury Parking Authority would like to inform the public that parking enforcement will resume across all city-owned lots, streets, and facilities. This includes the enforcement of permit requirements, pay-to-park areas, and time restrictions.

A grace period will be in effect from May 12 through June 1, 2025, during which warnings will be issued instead of citations. These warnings are intended as educational tools to inform the public about enforcement expectations. Each warning will clearly state “THIS IS A WARNING” and will be tracked to monitor repeat violations.

Regular enforcement will begin on June 2, 2025. The Parking Authority urges all residents, employees, and businesses to ensure that fleet and permit information is current and accurate by this date.

For questions or updates to permit information, please contact the Salisbury Parking Authority at 410-548-3195.
