    Temporary Road Closure for TidalHealth Expansion Construction

    The City of Salisbury Department of Infrastructure and Development announces that construction for Phase 1 of the TidalHealth Salisbury Observation Unit expansion at 100 Carroll St. will begin at 7 a.m. on Monday, March 16. This phase of the project is scheduled to be completed by April 4 barring any unforeseen events.

    Phase 1 Impacts
    Lane Closures (17 Days):
    • Patterson Rd.
    • West Vine St.
    Road Closure (17 Days):
    • West Vine St.
    Sidewalk Closure (17 Days):
    • West Vine St.

    The work will require lane closures in both directions as well as a full road closure within the project area. Drivers, cyclists and pedestrians should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes during this time.

    The City thanks residents and visitors for their patience as work continues to support TidalHealth’s expanded services for our community.
