SALISBURY, Maryland – The City of Salisbury is pleased to announce its Free Bulk Pickup Week, taking place from Monday, March 17, through Friday, March 21, 2025. Residents must call Field Operations at 410-548-3177 starting Monday, March 10, to schedule a free pickup.
To participate, residents must specify that they are requesting FREE bulk pickup during the designated week. The deadline to schedule a pickup is Friday, March 14, at 12 p.m. Requests made after this time may not be accommodated.
Important Guidelines for Free Bulk Pickup:
- Pickup will occur on residents’ normal trash/recycling day. Items must be placed curbside by 6 a.m. on the scheduled collection day.
- To schedule a pickup: If calling 410-548-3177 and reaching voicemail, please leave a detailed message including your name, phone number, address, and a list of items for pickup.
- Limit of three (3) bulk items per residence.
- Mattresses and fabric-covered furniture must be wrapped in plastic and sealed with tape before being placed curbside.
- Appliances are NOT included in the free bulk pickup.
- Do not place bulk items inside trash cans or recycling bins.
- Residents of multi-unit complexes that use 300-gallon trash containers are not eligible for free bulk pickup.
