Today, Tuesday, February 17 as part of the City of Salisbury’s efforts to improve, repair and maintain of the Water Distribution System, The Department of Waterworks Utilities Division is repairing a water main in the 600 block of Baker Street.
Work is expected to conclude around 3:00 p.m. barring any unforeseen events.
During this time, Baker Street will be impassable from East Railroad Avenue to Barclay Street. This includes all thru traffic.
Wicomico Schools, Central Alarm and locators will be notified of this event. In the event you need assistance with a water shut-off due to burst pipes, call the SPD non-emergency line (410) 548-3165. From there, someone from Utilities will be dispatched.
