The City of Salisbury is proud to announce that Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) Officers Sean Romoser and Kaedin Vasquez have successfully completed the International Code Council (ICC) Certification as Property Maintenance and Housing Inspectors.
On February 12, 2026, both officers were awarded their official certifications and badges by HCDD Director Muir Boda.
Mayor Randy Taylor said, “We are proud of Officers Romoser and Vasquez for achieving this important certification. Their hard work and dedication exemplify our commitment to maintaining safe, healthy neighborhoods for all Salisbury residents. This accomplishment strengthens our ability to serve the community and uphold the highest standards of housing and property maintenance.”
Achieving this certification required countless hours of personal study and preparation. Their dedication and commitment reflect the mission of the Housing and Community Development Department, the City of Salisbury, and our shared responsibility to ensure the health and safety of all residents.
