SALISBURY, Maryland – The City of Salisbury announces an update to the temporary closure of the right entryways to the upper levels of the municipal garage for necessary repairs. Due to weather conditions, the repairs originally scheduled from Thursday, January 23, through Saturday, January 25, 2025, have been extended. The entryways, which provide access to levels 1 and 2, will remain closed through the close of business on Monday, January 27, 2025.
Flaggers will continue to be on-site to safely direct traffic today, Friday, January 24, and tomorrow, Saturday, January 25, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Following this, barriers will be in place to manage traffic flow, which will be removed on Monday once repairs are complete.
Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution when entering and exiting the garage and to remain mindful of pedestrians. Delays are anticipated, so residents are advised to plan accordingly for their daily commute.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks the community for their patience and cooperation as we work to maintain and improve our facilities.
