    Delaware Ave. between Route 50 and West Isabella to be Closed, Jan. 22, For Water Main Repair, Water will be Temporarily Shut Off

    SALISBURY, Maryland — On Monday, Jan. 22, as part of the City of Salisbury’s efforts to improve, repair, and maintain the water distribution system, The Department of Waterworks Utilities Division will be conducting an emergency repair of the water main on Delaware Ave between Rt. 50 and West Isabella Street.

    Delaware Ave will be impassable from Rt. 50 to West Isabella St. This includes all through traffic and Emergency Vehicles. Work shall begin at 10 a.m. and conclude around 3:30 p.m. barring any unforeseen events.

    The water main will be shut off during the repair from Rt. 50 to West Isabella St. The water will be shut off at 10 am and conclude around 3:30 p.m. barring any unforeseen events.

    Please exercise caution in the area of the road closure and we appreciate your patience.
